Wiring a VTS fan to VTR

   Hi
   
   I bought a VTS fan to go onto my VTR with VTS conversion
   
   Basically the plugs are different
   
   I know where to wire the blue wire
   
   Not sure where the two earths go
   
   And not sure what to do about the different plugs, maybe snip both plugs off and match up the wires?

   After some searching it looks like I have a MK2 vts Fan and I need a mk1 VTS fan because they have different looms
   
   Does anyone know if you can adapt a mk2 fan to fit a mk1 setup
