   No the blacktop VTR's have a return.

   Early black tops had a fuel return, so providing this car hasnt had a black top engine swap you'll be OK I reckon. You should be able to see the return lines on the fuel rail anyway

    pretty sure the 2 fuel pipes are visable in the pic going under the throttle cable and are clipped to the bulkhead behind the inlet
