#2Im currently in process of doing my R32 if it helps, only done dogbone mount and ARB ones but they do make a massive difference, only problem is with mine is the creaking, need lubing up
if you do get them then scuff them up with a scotchbrite pad or some sandpaper they hold the grease in better that you get with them, ive bought some GT85 Silicone spray to relube mine up
ill be doing rest sometime this year hopefully but do them -
#3There also supposed to last longer than rubber bushes
-
#4Not put any on the vts yet, but other cars I've put them on make a very noticeable difference, well worth the money IMO.

#5I will report back later today, cars in the garage at 9 this morning getting this kit fitted
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Powerflex-...ht_4331wt_1396
although if you want this kit I recommend going to demon tweaks as they are cheaper and have next day delivery -
#6Tha kit is on my list of "to do" after 111k it really needs it, I've been impressed with the handling in its worn knockin state so when I've refreshed everything it should be wild
-
#7I always fully polybush as one of the first mods the difference is immediately noticeable and the life span of them far exceeds rubber bushes
-
#8I can confirm all of the above, car is much nicer to drive, and although the garage said my engine mount wasnt worn much there seems to be much less movement there too

#9GSF car parts are decent on price on powerflex bushes.
