my back box is blowing help needed

   G7 pointed out my exhaust was blowing and had a look today its on my back box
   
   any easy fixes

   As above, you can fix small holes using exhaust repair putty

   yhh by some exhaust paste and lump it on, pretty good that stuff, putty isnt as good but still does the trick or go to a welder if needs be.

   in halfrauds they do a paste/patch with a metal surround. Its like a soft material you wet, put it over any holes then tie what is basically a massive jubilee clip round it. The heat causes the material to bond and seal the hole. About £8 when i got it for mine and is apparently MOT friendly

   anything apart from a replacement is a bodge. Why spend 10 quid while you can get a backbox for 20 and get some peace of mind for years instead of weeks.

   Probably less time consumming getting a new backbox aswell. Had one fitted last year in like 15 minutes.

   weld it mate.. or get a back box.. i bought a new system 2 week ago.. i love it.. not too loud but now noticed there is quite a few on ebay going cheap! i waited for ages looking as well .. typical!

    Anyways, depends on how bad it's actually blowing, its not like your car will implode if you have the exhaust blowing for a week or two. It'll just sound stupid. =D

    Standard exhaust parts are cheap as chips off here or Ebay, even new they are not expensive.
    
    I got a janspeed full system for like £70 off here, I spend more than that on a meal out usually!
