Squeak during gear change?

   It does it more when the engines warming up. it does it for a split second changing gear. I just cant work out if its the rear or front. Clutch bites fine but i dont know.
   
   Im going with engine mounts, zoorst rubbers or clutch?
   
   Any ideas as its kinda doing my head in.

   is it when your using the clutch or when your moving the gearstick? could be the clutch release bearing on the way out

   Its just when i change gear as the engine jerks a little when you change. Pedals dont squeak.
