clutch or clutch cable

    went to pull away earlier after about a mile of driving not being a nob head just driving normally, and the clutch pedal went to floor and hasnet come back up felt like something snapped im thinking its just the cable but any help aprricated.

    Sounds like it is most likely the cable. Its easy to check. Just look at the procedure I have outlined below:

    For better viewing you could remove the battery and tray, as that (from memory) covers slightly the clutch lever mechanism.

    Once sight to the clutch lever has been gained get a friend to move the clutch pedal and see if the lever in the engine bay moves as well. If it does not then you have a problem with the cable.

    Can be be the clutch fork seized but i doubt it

    mine did this on the vts when setting off, shattered the pressure plate prongs and bearing

    fuck hope its not done that lol, just hopeing it clutch cable.
