can you pull the dipstick tube out????
bit of plastic broke off my dipstick & stuck in tube,just wondered how you get it out

It unbolts mate,not sure if its 1 or 2 bolts but it deffo unbolts.

the top half comes off easy if you unbolt it from the head. bottom must come off but im unsure how

keep seeing this happen to alot of people....is it only my dipstick thats actually metal?

i had a metal one too
as for removing the tube, top half there is a 10mm bolt holding it on the head, bottom half (i think) you have to remove the sump

if its gone down the tube dont worry about it ... its only plastic and it will end up in the oil filter ... it happend to mine too
