Help, how do i get this off? (Picture)

   So i eventually managed to get the plenum chamber off.
   
   But how do i get this pipe off from the underside just in front of the map sensor? It's the one that goes to the carbon filter i think.
   I cant pull it off or unclip it, it just keeps rotating.
   
   The one that went to the master servo came off with a pinch and unclip.

   Why cant you take the rubber hose off and leave the plastic bit in there?

   Its solid, i can't pull it off. I don't want to break the plastic elbow. I have no idea how much force i can put on it.

   Thats fair enough, have you tried heating the hose slightly? Obv im not talking blow torch but heat gun would prob soften it up?

   Good idea, i have a gascat soldering iron with a flame tip. I could give that a go. Better than nothing i guess.

   Yeah i don't see how doing it from a slight distance would hurt, may as well try!

   the plastic thing which keeps rotating
   should have some sort of button, green or white( carnt remember)
   push it in with a flat screwdriver and pull up.
   or push it in and wedge something underneath it to pop it up

   dont get what your trying to do here? But couldnt you just cut the rubber then buy a new one if needed to save all this effort?

   same kinda clip as the servo vaccum fella
   theres a bit you can push in on the bottom the other side to where the hose comes in
   
   push it in and give it a tug

    Aaron, i don't see a button on it anywhere. There a re 2 slots at the base, i tried to wiggle some jewellers screwdrivers in there but it didnt seem to do anything.
    
    Adam i could probably cut it and just re-fit it but why do that if it's supposed to come of easily. The pipe goes to the carbon filter under the drivers side wing. I don't think i'll be taking that apart in a hurry

    Awww shit i found it. You wouldnt even know it was there either looking at that pic.
    I blends in so well with the plastic.
    It made me feel like an idiot. Damn this french car.
