EML codes

1. citroen_saxo_vtr Saxperience Forum Bum Joined: Mar 2006 Norwich Posts: 2823 Vectra sri 2.6 v6

   The saxo has the EML light come on which iv read the codes and reset it but the same codes appear with the light after a little while so there is a fault there. Can somebody tell me what the cause is and the cure if i post the codes? One is 02 sensor i think and the other is temp sensor but unsure plus another one.
   
   PO115
   PO130
   PO440
   
   The car does have a full stainless system but still has the cat which i think could play apart.

   There is a thread on here, search something like "snap on fault codes" it lists everything.

   The codes are not on there either.

   P0115 Engine Coolant Temperature Circuit Malfunction
   P0130 Ox Sensor Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
   P0440 Evaporative Emission Control System Malfunction
   
   These are the faults, does anybody know the cure?

   1.New coolant temperture sensor.
   
   2.New Lambda sensor.
   
   3.Possibly you egr valve or charcoal canister(not 100% sure)

   Try put the codes in on here: I tried out the 1st one for you and it came up with something to do with engine coolant temp circuit
