!!!!!!! Help and ideas on a reasonably priced 421 manifold for mk1 vts and same goes for cams?!!!!!

   Basically Just want any help and info on where to find a good priced 421 manifold ideally second hand as its going on track car and are on a tight budget same goes for the cams whats involved with the cams? how much am i expected to pay? ANy feedback will be appreciated

   Budget mani is a Raceland or one of those ToyoSport ones off Ebay, looking at about £100.
   
   Cams you are looking at £300 new or £200 second hand, most people seem to use Newmans PH3's. Need a remap for a propper gain out of them though so budget £400+ for that.
