#2Doubt it might have to get custom frames.
-
#3that sucks they are well comfy'er saxo vtr seats are gash and dont hold you in the seat lol
-
#4I'am not 100% dude but never seen anyone say about them.
-
#5Cheers anyway bud would be sick if they do
-
#6someone posted up a pic of 306 seats in their saxo recently. not a straight swap and are a tight fit
-
#7Yes they will fit, Take out the parcel shelf, fold down the rear bench, plenty of room

Serious tho, they will fit with abit of fabraction to the frames, but they are bulky and will limit the space between the seats, makes the car feel cramped
Just save up for 106 leathers, or wait for an "ok" set to show up on the cheap (does happen, just be patient) -
#8okay mate ill keep an eye out if not i might get some vts seats
-
#9vts seats look worse than R ones lol, i would wait for gti seats or get buckets bud

#10i sold some 306 seats to a guy a while back who fitted them to a sax, im sure he said all that was needed was to space the inner mounts up a bit to get the seat level?
anyhow they arent exactly massive compared to gti leathers, gti6 leathers/suede can be had for not alot of money. -

this is completly right one , i helped my mate fit 2 leather front seats from a 306 last weekend and all you need to do is use spacers so it raises one side otherwise you will be sat at a slant , but they are wide in the middle you will notice the bolsters are closer together but on the sides the bolsters will touch the saxo door cards but to be honest my quicky front seats ive got tocuh the door cards so it wont bother you. -
#12Even the rears wont pose too much of a problem, back in the day when i had rear seats i stripped the leather covering off the original frames, got the bloke at the harbour who makes sails to stitch em together into 1 piece and recovered a 106 1piece rear bench, job done!
-
#13They can fit in the front but they are on the piss as they are to big for the saxo, you however would need to adapt the frames.
Dont bother trying, just get some 106 gti leathers in -
#14cheers for all the advice im going to try and find some leathers my saxo seats are annoying i go around a corner i have to hold on to the steering wheel so i dont fly across the car and the passenger ends up on my lap lol i just thought it would be cool to put 306 seats in cause some of them look really smart and hold you in pretty good but going to have a search on ebay see if theres any gti ones
-
#15is there any other random seats that fit in a saxo? another thing i hate about saxo seats is they dont recline all the way back :L
-
#16vw bora seats.
-
#17I made up some frames and put Impreza seats in my AX.
Another guy on the AX forum fitted 306 Dturbo seats into his AX, said they fitted straight in. -
#19Haha thats pretty sick i wanna do something random :L i might see if some one with a 306 will let me see if there seats fit in my car lol worth a try
-
#20306 seats bolt straight in, they just lean a bit as mentioned above.
If you've got a silver saxo get a set of 106 quicksilver seats, look well smart and are miles comfier than an saxo interior. -
#21An old thread I know, but I was just looking to see how other people had fitted there 306 seats.
For anybody who is thinking about it, this is how they will look.

You can see in this next pic how much they are leaning towards the door.

You can see in this pic they are higher than standard saxo seats.

They are comfy and I think they look pretty good ... or at least they will when I make the bracket to lift them up on the door sides.
I will say this though, if you like the seating position / feel of driving a Saxo, these do spoil it in my opinion. It just feels to different, to high up. Perfect for long motorway drives but no good on the back roads.
Each to there own though I guess
