Got a mk1 vtr which has the citreon standard alarm/immobiliser with the remote fob. Im looking at unlocking the ecu i was reading how to do it the other day now i cant find it if somebody could point me towards it?
My question is if i unlock the ecu i.e unplug the black box will this stop the central locking working on the fob? as the drivers door lock is buggered so i would have to use the passenger side?
Reason for unlocking is the key fobs playing up and i dont trust it!
