Black Rear Lights

Rite, planning to get new rear lights in the next couple of days. I hav a black saxo, and so i want some lights that have like black surrounds, or any that just arent too shiny cos i want them to blend in with the back of the car. This kinda eliminates any that are silver

Anyone have any recomendations?

spray them with tint spray mate, thats what i have done on my black saxo..

Halfords Foliatec light tinting spray £15. easy as feck to do mate! simply spray it on til its dark enough for what you want

here are mine smoked ultras. i have silver bulbs in now and they look loads better.

you can get them from ebay shops for around £50 brand new.

mate thats how the tint spray looks, depending on how many layers you want.

my mates all put black tights around theres lol only bad thing is they ladder lol

please no one do this because you can sooooo tell that theyve put there moms tights on plus laddering is a bitch i can never get them beyong my knee without them laddering

LOL spare time activity??? I think doing any tint tints to the lights are illegal but not 100% sure. Also you are meant to leave the reflector showing.

i cant help but lurve the silky feel on my manly legs!!!

ok im creeping myself out now, wheres the tool kit gone so i can feel manly again.

i want to spray my back lights but i dont want hassle from the fuzz

lol. Not that hard mate although I didn't do mine but I was going to. Get them off ebay thats where I got mine although I brought one set and they were jet back you could not see the lights. Give it a go you may find it easy. You can always get it off if you mess it up.

tinting your lights is perfectly legal to a degree. as long as the actual light emitted is still the same they should be fine, and the reflectors must be visible still. if you're worried get some stronger bulbs aswell!!

i have had mine on for ages now and have never been pulled for them. police round this area started doing "routine" spot checks most nights aswell, had my car checked 3 times and they never mentioned my lights at all.

the ones on chopa's pics r perfect for what i want, but are they legal?! looks like the majority of the lights is completely blacked out

from the outside mate. take lights off and cover up any parts you dont want sprayed and go for it

they are fookin smart but £275 is alot of money for some rear lightS!!!!
