Saxo vts conversion engine loom HELP!!

   Hi ive done a vts conversion on my vtr but i am getting confused with the wiring. The ecu is a 3 plug and so is my vtr. We seem to have to swap plugs from my vtr block to fit with the vts loom, should this need to be done as it should be plug n play?
   Could i have the wrong loom by mistake?
