#7How do you fix the issue? Is it possible to do it myself or is it a garage job?

Mine makes a clonk when going over bumps and my axle is fine.
Remove the ARB end place and replace them.
Use some loctite on the new ones and do them up tight, without overtightening.
Could also be the dampers or even shot bushes.
