Torsion Bar Lowering...

   Probably been asked before, but I'm new to all of this! lol
   
   Is there anybody recommended in the North West?... If so, what kinda prices am I looking at?
   
   Or is it a fairly easy job to do?.. As I'm an ATA Qualified Mechanic as it is.. But I've never lowered a torsion bar :/ is it worth giving a go myself? And finally... How??
