Important! : Brake Squeak HELP!!!

  1. #1
    Hi All
I have a problem with my brakes which after hours of looking around the web I have not found a answer.
The Problem is when I Press the brake pedal lightly I can here a loud squeak coming from the front Drivers side. Its not a brake Squeal like I had not put any Copper grease on the brake pads its like a rubber squeak. It only does it when slow driving (under 30mph) to a stop.
    Ive Changed the following
    Front disc's and pads (Twice)
    Both Driveshafts
    Both Track Rod Ends
    Both Drop Links
    Both ARB (Polly)
    Both Springs
Both Top Strut Mounts & Bearings
    Both Wishbones

Any ideas/help would be greatly appreciated
    Thanks Matt
P.S its a Saxo 1.4 Furio 2000 With ATE VTR front brakes

im not sure neva mate, did u clean sliders? might be sticking on or something? if i was you id take out pads and carrier give it good clean and re assemble, might just be something silly bit of grit dust or something, did the calipers wind back okay?

I ve done all that mate and re checked the sliders
Ive reconditiond the carryers and cleaned everything
I m thinking of getting new cailpers from work as it could be the cailper sticking (maybe)

    could be the pedal squeeking.

i have a squeek on my car coming from somewhere but it drives fine so i'm not letting it bother me.

my advise to you is turn your radio up lol.

Just to let anyone know i have found the solution to this problem
It was the Drive Flange it was not turning Square which was causing the disc to warp after a few miles so changed the drive flange with one from the scrapyard and pressed in a new wheel bearing and jobs a good one
