My passenger side wheel bearing is gone for the third time and im wondering if my driveshaft has something to do with it.I done a search and seen that there is a tapered one and a straight cut one my saxo is a 01 vtr here pictures or my two driveshafts. Also i replaced my passenger one 3 months ago then it started to eat my bearings.

    passenger side driveshaft.

    Driver side one.

a 2001 should have tapered type of hubs and bearings, bearings and hubs aren't interchangeable though if someone has fitted used parts in the past there may be a mis-match

looks like the newer driveshaft may be the flat type, is your hub nut shorter on that side?

You either need a new tapered driveshaft & bearing (if its bad again) or mk1 vtr hub & bearing but i'm not too sure if the mk1 hub would fit without problems. I would personally just swap the driveshaft and bearing to save any problems in the future

looks like as above you have the wrong driveshaft. i think you'll need a tapered shaft for that bearing
