For some of you, you will know that the East coast 1.1 saxo's didn't come with a temperature gauge. Now this i find really really really annoying. I've been told you know a lot about your engine by seeing the temperature. So i was thinking about buying a sensor off an better spec car (went to the scrappy and found two vtr's would they work?) and then wiring to an aftermarket gauge on top of my dash (them little silver ones you can get) Where my temperature gauge is there is a big blank which looks like the sensor could go but i don't know if its possibly to take that out and fit one in there. Any help would be great
