Leaking Radiator

   My 1998 1.1 saxo
   
   There is a leak from just below the electrical connections on the passenger side of the radiator, Possibly looks like it could be a blank. Can anyone help or have any idea why this could be leaking.

   stick some rad weld in it if its a minor leak, otherwise if its bad go grab a new one from the scrappys

   got a rad here nearlly new £20 posted
