Within a few seconds of startig up the car the fuse goes. Clearly too much curret going through. Is there anything else on the same fuse or just the radiator fan? If not i presume i need a new fan?

#2Not necessarily too much current going through,it could be a bad earth, to test the fan disconnect the wiring to it then run to cables directly from the battery to it.I can see where your coming from ie if the fan motor had packed up then you`d keep on blowing the fuse, but seeing as the fan only comes on to cool the engine down then I don`t think your fan is the issue mate.
