Whats the bolt size on hub?

   Tryin to take drive shaft off car and (51 desire) the big nut under front discs, does any1 know what size it is? Don't want to spend loads at halfrauds hoping I get the right size thanks

   Hub nut is 32mm iirc unless you mean the ball joint pinch bolt as you said 'under the front discs'?

   Thanks it's the 32mm one it's just not coming off. Trying to see if any mobile mechanics around Glasgow will remove both hub nuts for me but no luck so far :/

   If its not coming off give it a bath in wd40 or something like that and then have a go at it. Will need a big strongbar as they are tight

   It's 30mm for the driveshaft nut.
   
   Have you got a decent breaker bar and a mate to hold firm on the brakes whilst you undo it?

   +1 the nut is 30mm, hammer and chisel also works well if you can't get them off with a breaker bar

   Ahh 30mm, could try a breaker bar with a scaffolding pole attached.
   WD40 the shit out of it and/or heat it up slightly.

    dont forget to drive out the notch so it can actually come out
