saxo 1.s sx rear brakes inbalanced

   my saxo failed its mot on the rear brakes i changed the shoes even though the old ones didnt seem that bad the handbrake is tight now so im guessing thats working is it possible that they need bleeding?

   and also if i take them stupid guards off underneath will it burn my handbrake cables as ive snapped two of the bolts?

   they probably need adjusted up. and you can take the heat shields off. i dont have any now and its fine

   if they failed on in ballence, check the pistons aint leaking, peel back the rubbers n if there fluid you will need to rteplace it, re blleed it and iff needs be adjust it up
