#6Fitted on its own you wont see massive BHP increases it'll just pull alot better but its a good foundation to build upon.
People who say you'll get 20+bhp just by fitting one are just optismistic.

It went on my VTS fine though but I think the VTR's are abit more tricky. -

performance differance between the 4-2-1? -
#104-1 are generally used on vtr as your low down grunt is good already, gives you more top end. gmc 4-1 is your best choice
