Immobiliser problem!!

   Just changed my ignition barel on my w reg VTR, and the little key light was flashing and the car won't start. So I changed ecu and the little plastic bit that surrounds the ignition barrel to match the ignition barrel and it's still not starting. So then I changed it all back and it still don't want to work. Any ideas on how to get around this without taking it to Citroen?

   You unplug the immo box behinde the glovebox?

   Okay I put it all back together properly and it fired. Disconnected the immobiliser and it fired then swapped barrel with the immobiliser disconnected and it fired!
