   You will have to check the paint code.

   Yes it is, quartz silver should be the colour.
   
   Arctic steel was only used on late VTS'

   to be sure just look at the paintcode, should be under the bonnet on the top of the suspension struts if a mk1, or in the door shut if a mk2. Quartz silver has EYC paintcode

   Artic steel was used on all late saxo models. One of my friends, also a user on here has a 2003 vtr arctic silver and im sure the same shade was used in flatarch models.
