indicator/hazard problem

   Hi, I have a mk1 vtr indicating right works fine but when I try and indicate left I get a constant buzzing from the relay and none of the indicators flash. Hazard lights don't work either and when its pressed in the indicators do nothing at all.
   
   I've replaced hazard switch and relay but still have the same problems, is it likely to be the stalk at fault or wiring etc?

   sounds like its shorting somewere mate check all the wiring to your indicators

   Still need help with this I don't know where to look, hazard switch, relay and stalk have all been replaced. When I press the hazard switch it does the same constant buzz as trying to indicate left but blows the fuse very quickly, does anybody know what readings I should be getting at the back of the relay, hazard switch etc?
   
   The relay has a constant power and constant earth, when indicating right the top pin flashes power but indicating left and there's just the constant power/earth.
   Even if I use a power probe to power up the wiring to the left hand side repeater it doesn't come on.
   
   Any help is much appreciated, thanks.
