Tappety noise??

   Hi Guys
   
   Yesterday my car started making a noise very similar to this:

   Sorry for whoevers video I robbed. It's like this but just not as loud as it sounds on this guys car.
   
   It's really annoying me and need it sorted before I go insane. Is it just tappets needing adjusting?

   it sounds like your tappets i set mine to .20 inlet and .30 outlet some people set the outlet at .40 choice is yours.

   Sorted now. I was moving the coil pack about and I could stop the noise just by putting some pressure on it. Thought I was going to need a new coil pack but on inspection, one of the spark plugs was loose.
   
   Finding this I thought I'd just replace the spark plugs while I'm there and it now runs like a beauty
