Turbo lads - Oil return placement?

    Well here is the turbo guys:

    Right as you can see when its placed like that, thats how its pretty much going to sit on the car, which is fine but if you look closely the oil return line is at the top of the turbo as ive circled in red here:

    and the green is where it should be sitting surely?
    As i dont want oil sitting in there not able to get out?
    So is there some way to twist the housing so its aiming downwards?
    as ive seen other people use these turbos so there must be a way, any help will be much appreciated and will be thanked.

    The 'core' will rotate, so you can twist it all round.

    I thought that its currently at my mates garage they were saying you can they were just a bit skeptical about it and just worried itll break all the seals and f*$k it up but ive seen this turbo used quite alot so it must be able to be done
