brakes

   Hi guys
   I have a 1.1 forte and when I press the brake pedal it feels like I have to press the pedal really quite hard for the brakes to start taking effect.
   Any ideas whats wrong or is this normal?

   Probably need new brakes could be worn discs or could be the pads or both there not expensive only cost me £15 for front and same for rear

   Discs on the front and they are drums on the back

   or on the flip side the servo could be fubar
   does it feel like your pushing against a wall before you start to stop?

   No just feels like really hard breaking

   aye basically just check the fluid and the braking system pads discs etc,it could be a build up of air may need the system bleeding
