How much of a pain to change is an engine mount?

   Hi guys, My cars vibrating like buggery and iv traced it to the engine mount under the ECU How much of a pain in the arse is this to change? Is it something i can do myself? Iv done simple jobs like starter motors and services etc.

   are you sure its perished, and not just come lose? Sometimes it just needs tightening up

   Yes its simple to do, put a jack under the engine to take the weight, undo the ecu brackets and move it all out of the way, undo the mount, take it off, new one on. Simples.

   Ill try tightining it if that doesnt work ill replace it Cheers guys.

   Check the buffer behind the mount as well because they can perish.

   piss easy, take engines weight. undo bolts on chasis and engine, take off replace. done
