Lower my torsion bar?

   Got my front end lowered now, failed miserably on the torsion bar, it wouldn't budge. Have been using wd40 on it for a bit prior.
   If any one fancies a challenge who thinks they can get it sorted, cash waiting and a pretty good place to do it with lift and all tools!
