dent help please

   my dickhead of a mate put a nice sized dent in my drivers side wheel arch yesterday, was pissed off to say the least!
   ive heard/read about heating up the surrounding area of the dent with a hair dryer then spraying co2 on it which gets rid of the dent..
   anyone tried this method before? does it not damage the paint??

   Take it to a bodyshop and make your friend pay for the damage, he should pay what ever it takes to get it looking how it did before he mangled it

   cant mate, i took out the plastic part above the wheel if you get what i mean?

   Try a pulling kit, if not go to a body shop.. I pretty sure they tried that method of hot/cold on wheeler dealers and it done nothing?

   take the inner arch out and try push it out as best as you can.

    here are the pictures of the dent
