    you can use all the following cams with std springs +caps
    cat 708 /newman ph3 /piper 285 /gmc ulitmate cams
    price is the main difference between all thses cams as they all open virtually same amount and durations are very similar
    the best priced ones are the gmc ulitmate road cams £200+vat =£240
