Missing at low revs vts...

   Hello chaps, my vts was recently fitted with newman ph3's camshafts, and ever since the engine was missing in low revs, changed spark plugs and tried 3 diffrent coil packs still does it, after 3k revs it clears? and does not idle, cheers.
