   hi guys,
   
   my engine managment light came on last night after potterin round town for a couple of hours parked up at bosses house left it a couple of hours went back to it n it had gone off. tonight been out in it and it came on and is misfireing aswell now. can anybody shed and light on this for me?

   Misfire could be anything - coil pack, spark plugs, dodgy fuel. The engine management light will have come on as a result of the misfire (you may not have even noticed when driving around) and this has tripped a sensor.
   
   I'd get it on a diagnositic machine and see what the fault code is. If the misfire keeps happening I'd try new sparks by my guess would be coil pack.
