  1. #1
my rear calipers are burning through pads like they are paper. they binding big style!!! someone reckons you can get a caliper repair kit to replace the rubbers etc.. is this true?? if so do they come in an axle set(both calipers) and does anyone know where i could get them from?? pads on both are metal on metal(i know i need new disks!!!) i just need to overhaul calipers soon as, instead of having to buy new ones. ANY links or numbers would be a massive help. cheers all.

    Seized calipers.

Can you not feel a little pull when you pull off? as if youre towing.. Thats how i knew mine were fooked + they were hot. Much hotter then the fronts..

can get a good set of used calipers here for £20 but seriously, try winding the pistons in with a screwdriver across the piston. I've had calipers sticking before, you just need to free them up and make sure the piston can move freely

They will also chew through if your car is lowered and the load proportioning valve hasn't been played with
