What springs would be best to use for a 1.4 west coast for a 60-70 mm drop? Been told vtr springs would fit but the drive would be horrible? Thanks in advance guys.

#2to go down 60-70mm you will need a Coilover set, DO NOT just rush in to buying cheap sets on ebay
putting vtr springs wont really do much to the height of the car to be fair...
you can get uprated suspension kits, such as Spax or apex
spax do an adjustable -40mm kit which is pretty good for around £250 or so
a non adjustable kit for around £200?
Apex do a -30mm kit and a -50mm kit, non adjustable for around £200 = which i would recommend as i have the 50mm kit my self and does the job nicely
Coilovers are the better option for lower then that, but then your looking at spending £400 odd before fitting.
