    bent mine after a few towing sessions after towing eye snapped,

    how hard are they to replace by myself?

    nice and easy job mate. you will need 10mm and 13mm sockets and two torx bits but i cant remember off the top of my head what size

    front bumper off - 2 or 3 bolts underneath the front, a torx screw into the arch liner at each side, a torx screw up into each wing at each side

    headlights off - 3 bolts each

    bonnet catch off - 2 bolts

    then 3 bolts each side to remove slam panel
