i was shitting maself doing mine, wouldnt come off but didnt want to pull too hard incase i shattered windscreen, came off with a good pull tho

just cut it into the thread then you can still put it back on if you want at a later date

Wire brush the spindle that the arm goes onto,then spray wd40 onto it.Gently wiggle the arm left/right.You`ll find the arm loosens after a while,then wind it off anti-clockwise.

i also wedged a screwdriver in between the arm and the washer on it, and used that to help get it off, btw is it actually possible to shatter the window doing this?

guess i was lucky it didnt shatter then lol, just keep pulling m8, and plenty wd40 and wiggling it will come off

dont pull it, iv seen so many people shatter the window
once you start sawing away at the gap with the splines, it just frees off

you dont have to saw it completely off
once you start sawing, it will crack free with a bit of wd40 in the gaps. So it can still be re used.
However, you're mad if you'd rather risk shattering your rear window than just sawing through a £5 wiper arm lol

well i didnt realise how risky it was until after i had done it lol, i knew how to take it off so i never bothered looking on here how to do it lol
