   I know this has been asked before, but spent ages looking and couldn't find any answers... I tried though
   
   Front Door Speakers:
   What is the maximum mounting depth:
   I have heard something about creating MDF spacers too, But how do you do this? is there a guide? and is it better for sound quality?
   
   Rear speakers:
   What is the maximum mounting depth?
