basically bought my car yesterday Mk1 Mauritius Blue VTR and it had angel eyes on the front, well today i changed them back to standard lights and when attempting to put the sidelights in the standard headlights they werent working... Strange...
Anyway i get in my car to drive home and the dash lights arent working either and my o/s rear side light, lights-on warning buzzer and my de-mister, checked that on here and it was saying about it either being a fuse or a bad earth, tried three double filament bulbs on the o/s bulb holders, countless fuses and 2 bulb holders then checked all the wires in the front lights to see if anything is touching causing a short and there was nothing and its finally stopped blowing fuses of its own accord, but now there is another problem...
The rear sidelights are now working, although both the filaments are lighting up (the n/s and third brake light are working as they should, along with the n/s rear sidelight and dash lights)... The brake light and sidelight on the o/s come on and stay on together...
Could this be a bad earth? If so where is the earthing point for the o/s rear bulb holder?
PLEEEEASE HELP, REALLLLLLY FRUSTRATING.
