Silly question - what is the click in p/s footwell when you turn the key?

When you turn the key a fraction in the barrell and something clicks in the passenger seide footwell, what is it? Relay? if so which?

relay. and its under the glove box

I could be wrong but I think there are poss 2 power steering relays & thats the one you can here clicking(one in the engine bay as well)
