Hi, i have been a member here for a while now, but i usually just look through forum or search if i have a problem,
Well my question is about my mk 1 saxo vtr i had it lowered 40mm at the front and torsion bar lowered a couple of years ago,
but only the springs were changed i kept original dampers. The ride was'nt great but money probs so i put up with it.
Now finally got some Bilstein damper inserts and had them fitted,
The problem is the bilstein dampers are shorter are'nt they than standard dampers? i think they are specially for lowered suspension.
My problem is now i have changed the dampers the height at the front has come at least 20mm back up so does'nt look as good as before.
I just need some information what i need to do. Do i get 50mm or 60mm springs to make car same height as before?
I do have some pics but will have to find them.If anyone has any idea on this i would be very grateful. Also what type of springs would be best suited to these dampers? thanks in advance
