Basically, how do I do it.
Now that sounds straight forward, but I like to think I'm not that much of a mong that I'd be clueless, especially since I replaced the alternator on MuZiZZle's VTS and tensioned the belt perfectly well on his car.
His car has an adjuster for the tensioner pulley under the car, which looks and works like this basically:

However! My car doesnt. The end of my adjuster thread, where you would put the allen head as shown above, is in fact solid, and the end of the thread is splined with lots of very fine splines.
Argh. Are any others like this or is mine "special"
Obviously I know the answer already, and mines going to have been bodged in the past my some dodgy chancer.
