vibrating feet whilst driving ?? any help woud be great

okay i have a little spree i think anyway i use it day to day for work and garn to see the missus, when i get to 60/70mph i feel a vibrating/knocking on my foot and can also hear it, it has had a passenger side wheel bearing but still does it. oh and also when i turn to the left it stops and gets louder when turning right. so anyone know what side it is as dont want to waste money many thanks
