I had a local shop set my cam timing but once I drive it I didn't like it, felt strangled, they had set it to advance by 6 degre,felt better on standard timing, I have now moved it to 6 degree retard and feels like It better through all revs, question is I have 40 degree adjustment either way and what is most you can go when just playing the trial and error game, its a roller rocker mk1 engine with piper ultimate road cam, any advice or help welcome, thanks

#2ano it has adjustment and its easy to play with but me personally i would take it to a tuning company or a professional garage just incase anything goes wrong
