Hi,
My car has just been in for a service and MOT and failed. The mechanic said that when they were servicing the car they realised the hub and bearing had been damaged by the locking wheel nut on the car because it was done up to tight... so all sides need replacing at a cost of £902.35

But the last time anyone altered the bolts was at the same garage last year for an MOT... so is it there fault? I presume they've used a airlock tool to tighten them when they weren't supposed to?
