266mm Calliper Gaitor Split

   Hi guys is this a dud or repairable ? Can you get replacement dust seals ?

   Can get them as part of a caliper rebuild kit usually. Hard to see how big the split actually is in the pic, if its just a little nick i wouldnt worry too much. Its upto you as to whether you change it, its not going to do you any favours leaving it if its quite a large split though.

   Ok thanks for your help it's only the dust seal that's split will speak to local motor factors to se if I can get a kit

   I think it'll be a Peugeot/Citroen parts jobby for the repair kit - it's not as expensive as you think.

   Yeah phoned Peugeot today £22 per calliper includes calliper seal and dust seal
