Problems bleeding vts brakes

    Hey guys having a slight problem with bleeding my barakes. i have four pot willwoods (AND ABS) each pot with individual bleed nipples. i have just replaced the brake pipes and now i cant seem to get a decent pedal! just wandering if u have to have all four nipples open on the caliper at the front when ur bleeding the wilwoods HELP please

    You need to do each nipple one at a time... and do each one twice. (thats what I do)

    Work around the car, then go back and do them all again.

    Ive just replaced the brake pipes and hoses on mine whilst fitting 4-pots.

    If you have a much larger piston diameter you will lose pedal pressure as the master cylinder can only move a defined amount of fluid with each pedal press.

    Get someone to help you bleed the brakes and pressurise the system up (by pumping pedal) before opening the bleed nipple. Then lock nipple and repeat.

    Thanks Mate will give it a go one last ? for the four pots is there any certain nipple u open first or can u just start at any one?

    If the full systems been open you have to do it in the following order else you get an air pocket:
    Back left, front right, back right, front left.... do it twice... and don't use a bleeding kit, use the old two man method!... so much better!
